Managing Director

Ger Hayes has specialised in the smoking cessation sector and has worked extensively in developing and refining the principles and strategy behind BGL/NicoBloc, including product classification, testing and securing international medical clearances. He has more than 25 years' experience in intellectual property development, global patent strategy, trademark registration, research and product development.

Alan Haymes has been involved in smoking cessation programmes since 1997, developing and managing corporate stop-smoking programmes in the UK and Ireland. He co-founded NicoBloc PLC and has extensive experience in product efficacy, technical documentation, distributor support, training and international presentations.

Ciaran Newman has operated his own business consultancy company since 1989, specialising in sales, marketing, production planning and logistics. He has worked with international clients across manufacturing and engineering sectors and is responsible for outsourced production operations and supply-chain management.

Vikramsinh Desai has more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services. His expertise includes international trade, business development, corporate finance and strategic financial planning. He provides financial oversight and investment expertise to TT&I.
